Appointments made through this site are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

No guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

4. Plans and Pricing

We believe in clear communication from the start. The Spine Company Chiropractic is a cash-based chiropractic office. We do not bill or submit claims to insurance providers, including Medicare. We are happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by individual insurance plan. Patients are responsible for understanding their own coverage and benefits.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Chiropractic care is individualized. While many patients experience improvement, results vary. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of outcome.
